Trinergy was co-founded by Satish Chandrasekhar and Thanveer Beary, who bring in-depth knowledge, experience, and the required skill sets to develop and implement solutions efficiently. Since our inception, we have grown into a team of over 25 full-time professionals with experience in providing PMIS solutions across the Middle East & Asia. Additionally, we have partnerships with specialized companies and expert consultants to complement our capabilities as needed.
SATISH CHANDRASEKHAR, Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Satish Chandrasekhar holds a degree in Information Technology and a Master’s in Business Administration. With over a decade of experience, he excels in conceptualizing, developing, and implementing Project Management Information Systems and Asset Management Systems in the MENA region. Satish has played pivotal roles in prestigious multi-billion-dollar projects, including Dubai Parks and Resorts, Hamad Medical Corporation, St Regis Hotel Amman, Amaala, Roshn, Damac, and Al Futtaim in Dubai and Cairo. His expertise lies in challenging existing systems and leveraging the latest innovations to bridge gaps in current systems and processes, ensuring sustainable and adaptive applications that align with client growth expectations.
THANVEER BEARY, Co-Founder & Managing Director
Thanveer Beary brings over 20 years of experience in Construction Project Management, having worked with multinational PMC companies like Jacobs and Samsung C&T, as well as developers like Aldar Properties, Meraas and Expo City Dubai. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering and a Master’s in Construction Management from Michigan State University, USA. Thanveer has managed iconic projects such as Seattle’s Alaskan Way Viaduct, Yas F1 race-track, Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, Cleveland Hospital, Dubai Parks & Resorts, Dubai Expo 2020, and COP28 Dubai. His extensive experience in project controls, budget and cost management, contracts, and construction management, combined with his expertise in developing and implementing global best practices, allows him to propose tailored solutions that enhance organizational performance.
NITIN AZEEZ, Director - Project Operations
Nitin Azeez has over 18 years of experience in IT End User Services & Support, working with multinational companies like Dell, NTT Data Services, and Tata Consultancy Services. He has held various roles in Operations, Training, Quality & Knowledge Management, Transitions, and Solution Architecture & Design. Nitin holds a degree in Business Administration and certifications in Project Management, ITIL v3, Certified Scrum Master, and Design Thinking. His diverse experience in liaising with IT leadership across industries and geographies helps streamline processes, deploy best practices, and foster a design thinking mindset for effective problem-solving and solution offerings.
VISHNU SHANKAR, Director – Product Development
With 12 years of experience in software and product development, Vishnu is a seasoned enterprise software architect. His expertise has been crucial in providing innovative technology solutions for the construction, BFSI, and MFSC domains. In the construction sector, Vishnu has prioritized robust software solutions that enhance project management, stakeholder collaboration, and resource optimization. He has successfully integrated advanced technologies like IoT and AI into construction workflows, leading to significant improvements in project timelines, cost efficiency, and productivity.
