Introduction
Roshn, being a mega real estate developer in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, wanted to offer the sales of land to sub-developers and assist them with diversifying their product lines. The requirement for which was to have in place one system that will be all-inclusive of handling and automating the land sales procurement process. The objective was to design and develop a custom solution that will automate all processes of selling land and evaluation/reporting to increase efficiency and accuracy.
The Challenge
Problem Statement: The major challenge was that there were no off-the-shelf solutions that could be integrated properly in Roshn’s requirements for the automation of the land sales procurement process.
Impact: Laborious and paper based process, an alternative system was prone to human error, causing inefficiencies and possible inaccuracies in appraisals.
